At Cognizant Softvision I led the UX Strategy and Design for a new consumer and corporate digital bank aimed at tech savvy, higher net worth Gen X customers. The high-touch experience for this all-digital bank features a rapid onboarding experience and white glove customer support. The target demographic cares about the world and feels their brands should reflect their values. To that end, Oyko’s experience rewards customers with initiatives such as planting a tree for every customer.
