The Hawthorne Effect helps to bring medical breakthroughs to customers faster by providing a platform that connects researchers, clinicians, and trial participants to deliver high-quality, verifiable, clinical trial data. The platform enables visit scheduling, facilitates data collection and manages equipment logistics.
As the Director of User Experience, I led the overall User Experience design and innovation enhancements to the digital platform that includes tools to make data collection between clinicians and trial participants more streamlined and efficient.
The platform facilitates scheduling clinical trial visits between health care clinicians (Heroes) and trial participants based on geography and availability. I designed a simple three-step process to make scheduling more efficient.
I designed the Task Manager to provide a mechanism for organizing tasks and facilitating collaboration. The Task Manager allows work to be automatically assigned and tracked through completion.
I designed the Key Performance Indicator Dashboard to provide trial sponsors an easy and digestible way to evaluate a trials progress at any stage of the process.
